Shipping and Returns
- We try to ship all items within 2 business days, but depending on seasonal volume, shipping times may be extended. If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.
- All orders are shipped via UPS or Fedex, or Best Way.
- If there is special handling charge or an alternate carrier/shipping method is required for an item, we will contact you to discuss the details prior to shipping your order.
- Must be made within 14 days and you must call for a Return Authorization or fill out the Return Form, prior to returning any item.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returned items are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. (See our conditions page for more info)
